Duck Risotto

One last pre-trip blog test. The makings of duck confit risotto with grape tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh basil, yellow squash and cream.

  2. A co-worker asked -- "Is that your dryer next to your oven?" I'm sad to say yes -- the house is in various states of remodel, and the dryer next to the stove is actually an IMPROVEMENT over no laundry at all... :)
